Why does tone of voice matter?

Your tone of voice is the heart of your copy. It's the way you're present yourself authentically. It goes beyond words - it's the WHY, the WHO, and the HOW of your brand.

It defines the "why" of what you do and "who" you do it for, allowing you to serve and connect with your audience in an honest, personality-packed way.

Think of tone of voice as the way you say something. The way a character talks, their catchphrases, their intonation, their quirks, how they talk about the things they truly care about.
